Patient Information

1) Delay

Due to unforseen circumstances, (emergency patient, etc.) delays to the start of your examination may occur, Your patience is greatly appreciated.

2) Cellular phones

Cellular phones must be turned off.
Celluiar phones interfere with sensitive medical equipment even on standby mode.

3) Examination rooms and schedule

Not all procedures can be done in all rooms.
For this reason, some patients arriving after you may be taken in before you. We appreiciate your understanding.

4) Pregnancy

Is there any possibility that you might be pregnant?
If there is a chance, it is critical to inform the technologist or radiologist before your x-ray examination.

5) Children

Children under 12 should not be left alone in the waiting roorm.
They must be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Our staff are not permitted to assume this role.

6) Rescheduling appointments:

We ask patients to contact our office 24 hrs in advance to reschedule or cancel their appointment. A fee may apply if, an appointment is missed, given less then 24 hr notice, unable to procure a requisition or a patient is not prepared for their exam.
